SOCCER FOR THE TODDLER, 3/4 & 5/6 IS MOVING INSIDE!!
Due to the late winter and heavy rains we are
still expecting this spring, we are moving the Toddler, 3/4 and 5/6 age
divisions inside. Indoor soccer for the younger ages means a few
changes:1 - No Soccer Shoes - just regular tennis shoes or basketball shoes - SHIN GUARDS are still required.
2 - No more COLD, DARK, RAINY practices or games! Practices will be held at local elementary school gyms and games will be in the Mattson Middle School gym.
3 - Indoor "field" sizes will be modified to adjust for gym size and the speed of the ball in the gym.
We are expecting this change to decrease the foot-traffic on the fields and allow for more game field rotation, which will decrease the amount of field breakdown we experience in the spring months due to the rain.
