The refund policy appears at the beginning of the registration process. To be
eligible for a program refund, a written request must be received a minimum of 6 days prior to the first game or first day of a class or camp. The refunded
amount will be the program fee less a $10 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after that date. No-shows for
one-time classes, workshops, activities, or trips will not receive a refund.
Although every effort will be made to reschedule games/practices cancelled due
to weather, field/gym closures, public health concerns, natural disasters or
other events out of the control of CCS, games not able to be rescheduled prior
to the end of the regular season are not eligible for a refund. Full refunds
will be made for any program canceled in its entirety by CCS. Late fees are
non-refundable.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be made in the same format of the original payment; they cannot be applied to another program. To request a refund, please complete the form below and click submit.
